Smart New Retail members who log in to xzs88.com/products/ and shop as members can enjoy free standard delivery and a 7-day no-reason free return and exchange service.

For guest customers shopping on Smart New Retail xzs88.com/products/:

• If the total order amount (excluding shipping fees) reaches RMB 999 or more, the order qualifies for free shipping (standard delivery only).
• If the total order amount (excluding shipping fees) is less than RMB 999, a standard delivery fee of RMB 100 will apply.

Standard Delivery

• Cost: RMB 100 (for guest orders with a total amount (excluding shipping fees) below RMB 999).
• Dispatch: Generally, orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days after payment is completed (excluding Smart New Retail customized products and major promotional periods, as increased order volume may require additional processing time).
